Job brief We are looking for a professional Sous Chef to be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive Chef\xe2\x80\x99s specifications and guidelines. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus \xc2\xb7 Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards \xc2\xb7 Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary \xc2\xb7 Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation \xc2\xb7 Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff\xe2\x80\x99s performance \xc2\xb7 Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately \xc2\xb7 Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards \xc2\xb7 Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 4 plus years of experience as a Sous Chef \xc2\xb7 Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures \xc2\xb7 Excellent record of kitchen and staff management \xc2\xb7 Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions \xc2\xb7 Familiar with industry\xe2\x80\x99s best practices \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) \xc2\xb7 BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
