- Sous Chef (Pan Asian Cuisine)Position Overview



We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate

Sous Chef specializing in Pan Asian cuisine

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, authentic flavors, and modern presentation styles. As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities



Assist the Head Chef in planning, developing, and executing

Pan Asian menus

(Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, etc.). Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during service. Maintain

consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

across all dishes. Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on cooking techniques and kitchen standards. Ensure compliance with

FSSAI standards, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols

. Manage food costs, portion control, inventory, and wastage. Innovate and introduce new dishes while maintaining authenticity and creativity. Handle special dietary requirements and guest requests with precision. Assist in staff scheduling and maintain discipline and teamwork in the kitchen.

Requirements



Proven experience as a

Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef

in a Pan Asian kitchen. Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines (wok cooking, sushi, dim sum, curries, broths, etc.). Ability to manage kitchen operations during peak hours. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety regulations, and food handling standards. Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent professional training preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
