Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing traditional and contemporary Arabic cuisine.
Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
Ensure all dishes meet established standards for taste, presentation, and portion control.
Train, guide, and motivate kitchen team members, maintaining a positive and professional kitchen environment.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs while minimizing waste.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations as per HACCP standards.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and update Arabic menu items based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
Oversee mise en place, cooking, and plating during service hours.
Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items.
Step in for the Executive Chef during his/her absence.
