Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job: Lead development of the analytics, reporting and business intelligence capabilities for the team. To support the management of the KPI\'s, Dashboards and to drive process & technology initiatives for the NPR (Indirect Materials) - Souring and Procurement organization. To collaborate with the category managers & local procurement teams, to support them with their data requirements and drive the execution of the category strategies. To liaise across other functional teams such as IT, Master Data, Business Analytics to manage and maintain data integrity and quality. This position requires an individual with a strong background & understanding of data analytics and hands on experience on related tools such as Power bi, preferably in the sourcing & procurement domain. The role will be based out of the Akzonobel, GBS - Pune Location . 2. Responsibilities: System Must have hands on experience in Reporting tools (Power Bi, SAP BI, Celonis) Understand global ERP systems (SAP, COUPA) Proficient in performing data analysis to enable the category manager with data across multiple dimensions and be able to independently manage KPI dashboards Process Act as the data SME to provide guidance and support the users across the Sourcing and Procurement processes Ensure data integrity to deliver accurate and up-to-date reporting and dashboards Manage data classification and harmonization of all NPR suppliers into proper category structure Drive data cleansing and other improvement initiatives for the Sourcing organization (tail spend management, Payment Terms, Catalog, Contracts etc.) Represent sourcing in projects to optimize master data management and related engagements Identify opportunities for continuous process & system improvements Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of current industry best practices and continuously improve professional skills and technical expertise People An individual contributor role Build an active and positive relationship with key Procurement stakeholders and other support teams Be the champion for their domain, know the right tools and support the organization by bringing in best practices and learning from other organizations. 3. Job Requirements: Essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and requested skills. Degree in IT, Finance, Commerce, Economics, SCM And/Or equivalent (Msc/Mba preferred) Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in supporting data analytics, KPi reporting, managing dashboards using tools such as Power Bi, Celonis etc. (preferably in the Sourcing and Procurement function) Ability to analyze complex data and use this to develop opportunities Experienced in working with global organizations Having experience in working on SA P ERP / Coupa (preferred) Excellent problem solving and influencing skills Experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Six Sigma (is a plus) Excellent communicator with experience in engaging with different management levels across different functions (Finance, Procurement, IM) Quick learner absorbs information and concepts quickly. Fluent in English both written and spoken, any other language is a plus.
