Summary Manage the buying/procurement process for a given set of direct & indirect services. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. In-depth understanding of key business drivers uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Roles and Responsibilities Place and follow-up on direct and indirect service POs for Construction & Commissioning. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes. Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy. A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations. Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field. The role operates with some autonomy, but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Activities require professional judgment, but may require more senior levels of guidance. Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions. Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Supplier relationship management & follow up PR/PO management. Knowledge in Contract management and commercial aspect including EHS and HR policies RFQ preparation for ITO & OTR projects. Negotiation & cost structure knowledge. PMx management. Management of RFQ to PO cycle. CS and PO process Manage Supplier Onboarding process. RFQ and negotiation for package ordering. Supplier payment and claim management. Support to C&C Site team to resolve the claim issue. Educational Requirements & Experience: This role requires Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical from an accredited college or university. Professional experience in C&C - Sourcing(Minimum 4 years of experience in case of Degree or minimum 6 years of experience in case of diploma). Experience in C&C Sourcing activities and process. Thorough working knowledge in PMx system Knowledge of contract management and T&C Basic knowledge of EHS & execution quality Fluent in English language.
