Job Description


This exciting role is critical to helping us in sourcing the best talent across EMEA and APAC . With a key focus on seeking out and engaging top talent across our EMEA & APAC markets and acting as a key strategic partner to our Talent Acquisition Partnering team. You will be a pioneer in building strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. Creative and forward thinking about our sourcing strategy and how we can stand out from the crowd, you will work closely with local and regional Talent Acquisition Partners to develop your understanding of each market and how best to attract, engage and recruit across our locations. This ambitious yet rewarding role would best suit an individual who likes varied and fast paced work, who is super proactive able to adapt to shifting priorities. You will form part of a close-knit and diverse regional Talent Acquisition team , spread across EMEA & APAC and will also be joining an established local team. Prior experience and demonstrated capability in sourcing talent, both locally and across other countries within a Global Financial Tech business will be important for this role. What you\'ll need to bring to the role & Experian Ability to build strong professional relationships and act as a trusted advisor A good understanding of how to source and qualify strong talent within the Finance / FinTech space Be focused and outcome driven , acting as a champion our values at all times delight customers, value each other, collaborate to win and innovate to grow Creative approach and the ability to \'think outside the box\' on how we attract and engage talent Work that matters - What you\'ll be doing Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP\'s) and Hiring Managers to gain a deep understanding of our business needs Source, attract and engage talent with the right skills and experience across our EMEA & APAC Markets Build talent pipelines and communities for various role types across our business tech and non-tech Maintain a focus on sourcing and engaging passive talent in the market for future opportunities Drive creative sourcing strategies, utilising and optimizing the sourcing channels we have available Ensure a WOW Candidate experience by keeping talent engaged and excited about opportunities with Experian Manage and update our talent pools in our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) Focus on success by aiming for great conversion rates throughout the process Keep in touch with past silver medalists, alumni employees, and referrals for future opportunities Contribute towards our employer brand by publishing our opportunities and sharing engaging content on LinkedIn Review and shortlist active talent who have shown interest or applied to an open position Participate in candidate screening calls to qualify shortlisted candidates on skill, motivation and expectations Be the \'face of Experian\' as the first point of contact for sourced and shortlisted candidates Always keep one eye on valuable market insights and trends that can help us to understand the market Qualifications Highly capable in sourcing excellent talent , both within India and across other countries Experience from within a Global Financial Tech business, supporting tech and non-tech role types Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and the ability to get creative Demonstrated capability in a similar role with 3+ years of sourcing experience Ability to maintain a results-driven approach and deliver win-win solutions for the business Familiar with TA Systems & Tools, incl. Applicant Tracking Systems Effective time management with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Excellent communication and able to work in a both a physical and virtual team environment Able to recognise trends, and identify new approaches to solving problems Additional Information This critical role is the first point of contact and has a huge impact on our brand image and attractiveness, in addition to having a significant influence on our talent acquisition effectiveness. The scope of this role will help our Talent Acquisition operations to innovate and deliver best practice recruitment to the business, whilst driving a WOW candidate experience.
