Cosmetics, Health & Wellness, Supplements, Nutritional Drinks, Baby Care, Women Care, Personal Care, Ayurveda, Health Devices, Home EssentialsRoles & Responsibilities:New Product Development (NPD) Market Diligence Study of formulation Vendor Search, factory visits Arranging costing records Arranging packaging references Assist in regulatory diligence Product placement planning Promotional planningInventory Management: Order planning for quarterly supplies Weekly product movement analysis Vendor co-ordination for inspections and dispatchesProduction Management Vendor Agreements Production planning Batch compliance and diligence, Test reports Coordination with Quality team Taxation, Transport and CostingCustomer Service Continuous market visits and mapping of competing products Product diligence Efficacy Trials/ Customer Experience Diligence Customer Feedback Management/ Solving queries Cost saving for improving margins and affordability.Desired Skills & Knowledge:Good knowledge of food products and regulation, risk management for food category, experience of managing compliance in high risk environment.
