Know more about us: https://www.1mg.com/aboutUs Brief about the Team The private Label team is a center of excellence within the Category Management vertical of Tata 1mg. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to identify & execute opportunities to launch private label products under the Tata 1mg brand name. The team works to identify private-label product opportunities & develops an in-depth understanding of the products to be launched. The team works with vendor partners to develop high-quality products & owns the complete life-cycle of the product from conceptualizing to owning sales across channels. The projects span across business verticals including e-pharma, institutional business, e-diagnostics, and retail. What will you do 1. Business Strategy . Create a quality check-board on key parameters and ensure compliance with third-party units for regular supplies as well as Ensure product compliance in formulation, specifications, audits, reports, and other license documentation . Ensure Protocol batches of NPDs at respective TPUs are as per the approved formulations and quality standards 2. Problem-solving and analysis . Conduct third-party audits and approval for internal and external compliance such as ISO, FDA, GMP, etc 3. Communication . Regular operational interactions with factories/suppliers etc . Ensure documentation for Licenses, Audits, formulations, etc . Handle CX queries related to product quality issues 4. Project management . The Job holder is required to have deep knowledge of product compliance, quality & regulatory requirements with a focus on product categories such as OTC, Health Care Devices etc . He/She will be responsible for proactive and preventive quality assurance and control, delivering end-to-end results in alignment with the third-party manufacturers of Tata 1mg What we are looking for . 3+ years of relevant experience (new product development, category management, sales, strategy, etc.). Experience in a fast-paced environment or startup is a plus . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills . Strong bias for action and creating impact .
