Minimum experience of 8 - 10 years in the apparel industry (apparel manufacturers as well as fabric mills). Relevant industry knowledge is a must.

As a Sourcing & Capacity Development Specialist, you are responsible to ensure sustainable Supplier Life Cycle Management to reduce risks, improve long term performance and drive supplier value.

You are responsible to secure traceable units with long term sustainable capacity source (T1 & T2) for our customer groups aligning with the Group's ambition towards a Fair, Circular, Climate Neutral & Traceable supply chain.

You carefully evaluate our existing business partners portfolio to optimize sourcing needs and align with our customer groups to facilitate onboarding of new suppliers.

You secure the due diligence and provide orientations to new suppliers to develop required knowledge to become our business partner.

You bring alignment and together with customer groups, you develop long term SU plan for key and strategic Supplier units in connection with our Optimal Map.

You work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 on industry innovation, investments and capability developments initiatives to secure a diverse supplier portfolio.

You are responsible to secure the capacity registration method follow up, Supplier Product Unit Registration Management, documentation, certification & Licenses registration.

You have knowledge in T1/T2 supplier base Capability mapping, and it enables you to drive and facilitate regional Sourcing and capability development roadmap.

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to build meaningful relationships with multiple stakeholders, at the same time you can work independently to provide the right support to your stakeholders.

You have proactive and solution-oriented approach to manage current and future challenges

B.Tech Textile Engineering / B.Tech Apparel and fashion technology
