Roles and Responsibilities Client Acquisition /Business Development Specialist is one who is responsible for generating leads and setting up meetings with Corporate HR and Marketing Managers for the Management and Sales team to convert into projects CORPORATE STALWARTS Key Responsibilities:- -Data Research and Sourcing -Speaking to prospects (B2B)/KDM -Appointment fixing and Meeting Coordination Tasks & Activities: Data Research, Sourcing and Management - Sourcing accurate contact/leads details from online sources like Linkedin, Google search of the decision maker of events from the HR and Marketing departments of companies in the business of Smartphone, Ecommerce, IT product, IT services, FMCG, Pharma, Insurance Co, Banks, Travel & Leisure, Apparel brands, Airlines, Education Institutions, Automobile dealers, Telecom, Real Estate -Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization Tele-Calling/Speaking to prospects/Key Decision Makers (KDM) - Spending 4 to 5 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales team Meeting Co-ordination -Write emails professionally to share company profile or any information the prospective client seeks about the company -Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business Development team to ensure meeting details accuracy Performance Measurement Metrics -Number of complete contact details -Number of meetings/Demo set up per week & per month and conversion into sales/Revenue. In the beginning you will be getting support/training from your seniors in converting the leads.
