JOB SUMMARY - NEEDED HR MANAGER FOR A NEWLY RENOVATED HOTEL LOCATED NEAR RACE-COURSE (CITADEL SAROVAR PORTICO) RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDe
Responsibilities
Hire staff with help of assistants
Manage staff issue
Payroll management
Help in the pre-opening stage
Recruitment at pre-opening stage
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
