Role: Solutions Lead - Retail specialist
Experience: 7+ years
Work location: India / US(Remote)

Role and Responsibility :

• 
  Lead design workshops and requirement gathering by understanding client system landscape, system setups etc.
• 
  Ensure successful completion of detailed design, POC etc.
• 
  Work closely with the delivery team and architecture teams in taking the project to completion
• 
  Responsible for coordination with product vendors as needed.
• 
  Should be ready to travel as needed

• 
  Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 
  7+ years of IT industry experience.
• 
  6+ years of experience working on demand forecasting in a retail setting. Must have hands on experience in building forecasting models, gathering data, cleaning data according to retail customer needs, worked on forecast interpretation and tweaking forecasting output according to specific retail KPIs
• 
  Experience in working on GCP cloud platform would be a plus
• 
  Experience in working on developing products or solutions (non ERP) in an SCM organization/team with exposure to the entire lifecycle of data ingestion, data engineering and UI/UX is a plus.
• 
  Working experience in Agile methodology
• 
  Should be comfortable working in a fast paced organization
• 
  Should be a self starter and have a positive bias for action
• 
  Ability to work in team in diverse / multiple stakeholder environment
