We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst cum Project Lead with 5+ years of functional experience and IT audit exposure in Non-Life Insurance domain.

Role :

• 
  Work seamlessly with internal, statutory, regulatory auditors and all stakeholders including the new PAS vendors.
  Conduct interview with internal auditor and auditees to understand and interpret the audit observation and responses given by auditees.
  Interpret the audit observations and understand if there are any system requirements, system failures, process gaps, compliance failure, etc.
  Coordinate with IT development team to discuss the Audit requirement and provide the timelines for deploying the changes in production.
  Ensure all Audit deliverables where IT is a stakeholder/owner is closed by the timelines as specified in the Audit Report.
  Ensure close follow-up with the concerned stakeholders on all the Audit points where IT is solely or jointly the owner, so that timelines are not slipped.
  Take complete ownership in providing clear, crisp and unambiguous IT responses on audit observation for the points where IT is the sole owner.
  Coordinate with the IT MIS team to execute and analze exception reports basis the earlier audit observation and ensure all system controls are in place.
  Facilitate reports and queries raised by Statutory Auditor for the information pertaining to In-Scope Applications \xe2\x80\x93 current PAS and the new PAS.
  Facilitate reports and queries raised for Regulatory Audit. Validate and review the reports to ensure correctness and completeness on the output being provided to the Auditor.
  Facilitate reports and queries raised for ITGC Audits. Validate and review the reports ensuring correctness and completeness on the data being providing to auditors.
  Need to work very closely with all the stakeholders including the technical development teams on all projects.
  Engaging in discussions with the new PAS vendor in defining the system controls to be put in place basis the audit observations/findings in the legacy PAS.
  Act as a key interface between stakeholders, IT and partner development teams. Liaising between technology teams, support teams and business units.
  Assisting technically in training and coaching professional and technical staff
  Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff
  Lead all functional requirement aspects of Policy Administration System implementation across LOBs.
  Help in defining/ understanding of business requirements and implement them in the new PAS system
  Understand different integration touch points across the IT application landscape
  Ensure effective transfer of information across all teams and stakeholders
  Diagnosis, research and analyze stakeholder issues and requests
  Handle all technical aspects to ensure regular data uploads to regulators validating the data quality as specified by regulators.

Reconcile the IIB figures uploaded to IIB with the Audited and Financial Figures, prepare the reconciliation sheet and send to IIB duly signed by Compliance officer and CFO at the end of every Financial Year

Education/Qualification :

Minimum Qualification: Graduate, MBA preferred, insurance certification preferred


Desirable Skills :

5+ years of relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance Domain. \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ years of experience in handling IT Audit, Regulatory and Statutory Audit and ITGC. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of proven experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry.
