We are in pursuit of a dynamic Lead for Journals and Societies to spearhead our collaborations and enhance the operational synergy between our agency and an array of distinguished clients in North America. This role is instrumental in nurturing client relationships, understanding the nuanced local markets, and driving customized marketing strategies that resonate with client objectives and contemporary market trends.

Job responsibilities:

• Client Relationship & Advisory: Establish and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted marketing advisor.
• Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the local market, including consumer behaviors, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes, to tailor strategic marketing directives.
• Lead Generation: Drive initiatives for generating leads and exploring new business opportunities.
• Business Growth: Expand the client portfolio, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
• Account Management Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborative Strategy: Partner with Solutions Managers to innovate and execute effective marketing projects.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze data to fine-tune marketing campaigns for better results.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate to maintain project integrity, quality, and punctuality.

#LI-Remote Qualifications and prerequisites:

• 3-5 years of related experience is desired.
• At least 2 years of team management experience in branding and marketing skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Strong project management and organizational competence.
• Understanding of academic publishing industry is preferred.
