The role

  • Responsible for determining the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects.
  • Having the right combination/experience across technology, pre-sales and business analysis works closely with sales and implementation teams to understand strategic business issues and then craft and communicate solution strategies.
  • Knowledge in the following Business Domains:
  • Insurance (Life and Health) - APAC region
  • Banking and Financial Services with a focus on Wealth and Investments areas is preferable (APAC region)
  • Technology focus areas:
  • Legacy Modernization
  • Cloud adoption and migration
  • Digital Transformation (AI/ML, Digital front ends and Digital enablers)
What we need to see from you
  • Having a strong consulting background is a must have, focused on problem solving across business/functional and technical areas, using various Models & Frameworks.
  • Must have strong verbal, written, communication & presentation skills focused on:
  • Ability to articulate strategy and objectives using strong presentation skill focusing on value proposition.
  • Collaborating and negotiating in the context of achieving shared objectives.
  • Ability to handle techno functional deliverables.
  • Must have contributed to pre-sales and RFP process and experienced in providing pre-sales solutions and estimates.
  • Familiarity with industry standard consulting practices and techniques.
  • Extremely strong in Microsoft Office suite
  • Preferred certifications - Microsoft Azure/GCP/AWS Architect certification. TOGAF. Nice to have - Hashicorp - Terraform.
  • Experience Level - 12+ Years
