Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect / Implementations Manager to design and implement robust technical solutions tailored to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative software systems within the technology space.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) during client onboarding and act as an advisor for finance transformation initiatives using the platform.
• Understand client requirements and use cases, and translate them into effective product solutions.
• Create high-quality project documentation, including business requirement documents, process flows, technical architecture, and end- to-end design materials.
• Advise C-level leaders on product adoption and guide accounting teams on best-practice usage.
• Deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations to clients.
• Act as a feedback bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams on feature updates and enhancements.
• Lead solution design efforts by developing deep product expertise and guiding the development of scalable solutions.

A successful Solutions Architect should have:

• Experience working with VP/C-level execs at Enterprises ($500m ARR+).
• Big 4 and/or top-tier management consulting firms (i.e. Bain, BCG, McKinsey) consulting experience.
• Experience solutioning with Enterprise Finance systems or other similarly complex enterprise systems. Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, Salesforce, Coupa or equivalent implementations.
