Solution Manager - Enterprise Solution

Job Responsibilities

The Banks product offerings in the rural markets include working capital loans for growing crops, financing of post-harvest activities, farm equipment loans, financing against warehouse receipts and loans against gold jewellery along with personal loans, affordable housing finance and auto and two-wheeler loans. The Bank also provides consumption loans for low-income customers. Financial solutions are offered to micro-finance institutions, self-help groups, co-operatives constituted by farmers and corporations and small and medium enterprises engaged in agriculture-linked businesses.

Working capital facilities in the form of Overdraft (OD), Cash Credit, commodity based finance, term Loan and non- fund based facilities

Customized solutions like Current Account, Corporate Internet Banking, Cash Management services, Insta Bizz etc.

Key Result areas

Responsible for new client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship with respect to working capital finance in MSME sector

Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and provide banking and investment solutions to meet various needs of the customer

Continuous pre and post delinquency management of the existing customer portfolio

Ensure timely servicing of interest by customers and maintain portfolio health

Provide complete and comprehensive information on various products, services offered by the Bank and ensure best services are provided to them.

Ability to negotiate and interact with people

Strong sales and relationship management skills

Ability to understand processes and products & use that knowledge to add value to the customer

Basic credit knowledge to understand business of the customer and assess his bank funding requirement (Working Capital/ Term loan)

Qualification & Experience

The candidate should have a CA/MBA degree with specialization in any stream with 0-6 year of experience; or

A graduate degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience
