Responsibilities.

-Tier -3 Application Support
-Production Environment Daily cron/health monitoring
-Coordination with required teams to resolve the issues
-Testing related with issue resolutions
-IOT application operations and management
-Report preparations for observations/ RCA
-Kibana/API Logs Monitoring and Management
