Also, you will recommend improvements to existing software programs and ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization. You will work with the software development team as well as Service providers in a geographically distributed structure. With your gained experience you will provide coaching to junior associates and associates.Role Responsibilities

• Lead a Team and own on-time Technical Delivery for the Projects assigned, with high quality.
• Develop and implement new software, maintain, and improve existing software.
• Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization.
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
• Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Sr. Associates, Associates, and Junior Associates

Works independently on complex projects. * Apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining unit test, code coverage and integration test coverage.Role Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on expertise on React Native, React JS, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript , AngularJs and Angular 9+ OR hands-on expertise on React Native, Native iOS or Native Android, AngularJs and Angular 9+
• Deep Understanding and Knowledge about JSON, SOAP, REST, and Microservices.
• Worked with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Familiar with AppStore Management.
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Good to have an AWS Cloud Certification
