Job Description

Must have 12-15 years experience as a technology / microservices architect
Must have experience delivering large transformation projects as the lead architect.
Prior banking experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills.
Solution Architect and Expert for Core modernization solutions-core banking, core lending, payments core, etc. including the core, microservices or integrations and UI, Cloud modernization and other technical solutions for the BFS domain.
Can lead discussions and brainstorming sessions with Enterprise Architects on potential solution architecture and design, discuss merits and pitfalls of different technical approaches and assist client in their decision making. Topics could include architecture standard for core modernization, merits of data migration strategy over others, selection of new core products, etc.
Lead/drive cloud modernization discussions and advises client on platform and approaches to migration to meet vision or timeline.
Create Solution Architecture documents that outline the end-to-end solution.
Translate the Clients vision for the solution as technical architecture and design documents to the development and delivery teams. Lead the delivery of the solution.
Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks and perform process re-engineering where required.
Assist the delivery team as needed to start right with new solutions interviews, training, documentation, etc. Trusted Modernization Advisor to internal and clients CTO/CIO/CMO organization.
Lead and write proposals, or support in the preparation of sales proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and value propositions for multiple, concurrent client engagements.
Mentor and coach junior resources.
Achieve utilization targets.
