Better requires process discipline and simplification

You will lead by example and pave the way for strong, robust design patterns as well as set the precedent for using good working practices. You'll develop and implement new software, maintain, and improve existing software. You'll recommend improvements to existing software programs and ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization. You'll work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure along with providing coaching to the team and mentor them through bottlenecks and issues.

For this technical role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field along with 9 to 12 years of software development experience. You'll have strong Core JAVA, J2EE concepts including OOPS, exception handling, Collections Framework, abstraction, inheritance, etc. is a must. You'll have experience in using J2EE APIs like JPA, JTA, JMS, JDBC, etc. along with strong experience in Spring framework including dependency injection, IOC, Springboot, etc., experience in containerization, API Gateways is a plus. You'll have experience with cloud-native, cloud-enabled applications. You're experienced with EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), MOM (Messaging oriented Middleware) is required, CEP (Complex event processing) is a plus. You'll have database exposure, solid experience on a relational database, Oracle is preferred.
