Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 Accountable for ensuring that the design of the solution delivers the measurable business value/customer outcome. \xe2\x80\xa2 Integration of customer solution with the people, process product, networks aspects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that solution is achieved at pace and right, the first time, and is end to end and integrated technically. \xe2\x80\xa2 R responsible for getting the solution to a \xe2\x80\x9cready to build\xe2\x80\x9d state, passing ACF (Architectural Conformity Forum) and ensuring design principles such as customer centric, re-use, self-service, zero people intensity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involved in and accountable for design integrity throughout build, test and deployment. \xe2\x80\xa2 E2E Architecture & Design \xe2\x80\x93Problem Solving & Trouble Shooting -Stakeholder Management \xe2\x80\x93Requirements Analysis \xe2\x80\x93Estimation -Enquiring Mindset \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication/Presentation Skills \xe2\x80\x93Product & Domain Knowledge \xe2\x80\x93Work Independently & Proactively \xe2\x80\x93Aware of Key Industry Standards (TMF) \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning/Organisation Skills \xe2\x80\x93Leadership & Direction Setting -Experience of different Methodologies -Seek out and Respond to Feedback -Coaching \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to design against Enterprise Architecture Guardrails -Able to quickly assimilate new information \xe2\x80\x93Customer Centric Mindset
