The challenge The Adobe Product solutions Architect will closely work with Adobe's Inside sales team and Partners for Adobe's Digital Advertising, Learning & Publishing business unit (DALPS) erstwhile PPBU. The solutions Architect is a core member of our Alliances/SA function. As a solutions Architect, you will be closely working with our global sales team positioning Adobe's award winning Digital learning platform, Adobe Captivate Prime & Adobe Captivate besides a few other solutions. An Adobe solutions Architect is typically supporting complex uses cases. As an SA, you will be our customer trusted advisor around any Technical aspects related to our solutions. Your typical work would include engaging with Sales team/Partners for positioning solutions, supporting RFP's, POC's, training sessions, presenting in webinars, events & tons of other exciting activities. Most importantly, you will make an impact to our topline numbers.

What you'll do

  • Understand Enterprise requirements
  • Creating and presenting Solution diagrams for customer/partners
  • Creating and presenting solution prototypes
  • Writing white papers around niche solutions
  • Setup collaboration network with Sales, marketing , engineering and Product teams.
  • Working with Implementation partners for solution guidance and review and enablement.

  • This role will be supporting our US sales team, so candidate must be open to work in US working hours
  • Should possess exceptional verbal, written communication & presentation skills
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, Solution Architect
  • Experience in web application development, front-end architecture (eg. ReactJs, Angular)
  • Experience working with relational database
  • Candidate should have good understanding of REST APIs and their application
  • BE /MCA/B.Sc Degree in a computer Science or related technical discipline with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication
  • Candidates with prior background or experience of working on any LMS or eLearning solutions will have an advantage (Not a prerequisite though)
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager will be an advantage (Not a prerequisite though)
  • Prior experience of presenting to customers on web/connect will be an advantage
