Title: Solution Architect

Description: Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing software development projects, ensuring successful delivery according to project scope, schedule, and budget. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing project risks and issues.
Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resources, tasks, and dependencies.
• Identify and allocate necessary resources and team members for project execution.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and budgets.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, including software developers, designers, testers, and other relevant roles.
• Provide clear direction, set goals, and assign tasks to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the project, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Address any roadblocks or issues that may arise during project execution and implement appropriate solutions.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Ensure that software development processes adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance efforts to deliver a reliable and high-quality software product.
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Obtain client acceptance and ensure a smooth transition of the software product to production or deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Total 12+ years of experience and proven experience (3 years +) as a Software Project Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
