1. Participate in Requirements sessions with customers to understand product fit w.r.t.requirements and the resulting gaps.2. Solution the requirements within product boundaries through configurations customizationsand integrations3. Manage an implementation team consisting of team lead, Salesforce developers, UIdevelopers, QA and BA to deliver as per project plan.4. Manage customer interactions throughout the project for project scheduling, requirementsand solutioning, dependency tracking, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT planning andmanagement, live cutover and transition support5. Guide the team on configurations, customizations, integrations working in tandem withtechnical leads in the Delivery organization as an when required6. Work with product team for providing inputs on generic requirements observed, sharinggeneric development done, reporting issues observed, getting feedback on extension approachused for new extension patterns7. Be a contact point for Terafina support team for handling delivery issues reported bycustomers via the support team8. Engage in customer discussions for various status calls, steering committee calls and provideupdates to the customer9. Handle large FIs ( typically greater than USD $15 bn) in managing the communicationcomplexity, coordinating with the various stakeholders and steering the team towards decisions.
