About the position: We're seeking a Solution Architect to join our growing organization and work for our Anaplan COE team to do build and doing enhancement to our Anaplan Connected Models. This position will report directly to our Senior Director of Special Projects - Finance, based in US. What you will do:

  • Working as a member of the Strategic Business Initiatives Team in Finance, the Center of Excellent (CoE) Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the enterprise maintenance and new implementation use cases of Anaplan for Anaplan modeling across the company.
  • This includes but not limited to workforce planning, ICM, Cash Flow, financial planning, forecasting, and other reporting connected planning modeling.
  • Work with direct supervisor to establish and implement the overall architecture, design, and data integrations for new Anaplan implementations (Data flow, modules, calculations, user security, integration with Data Warehouse/ERP system, integration with existing models)
  • Work directly with key stakeholders across the enterprise throughout the implementation.
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Assist in project planning with guidance from supervisor.
  • Convert requirements to user stories and translate to Anaplan logic using DISCO methodology.
  • Ensure UAT sign off by business.
  • Create documentation for business users on model planning functionality and maintenance.
  • Interact with end users to understand their experience with the applications, identify new requirements and implement them in subsequent apps releases.
  • Participate in existing Anaplan model landscape maintenance as part of the COE
  • Follow Anaplan best practices for model build and case management.
  • Participate in weekly/daily SCRUM meetings with COE team / supervisor.
  • Assist product development by providing assessment of your experience and suggesting ways to develop future features.
  • Monitor data flows to and from internal systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate; act as liaison for distributing and collecting data
What we are looking for:
  • Degree in Computer Science preferred.
  • Anaplan Model Builder Certification (level I and level II) is highly desirable
  • Experience with UI/UX is highly desirable
  • Experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis, functional design, documentation, problem resolution, and release management
  • Experience building strong business and stakeholder relationships
  • Good communication skills to understand what the business needs in a fast-paced work environment.
  • This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you will need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learn new and rapidly changing technology solutions e.g. Tableau, other applications that company uses
  • Experience with project management tracking and documentation.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of financial and business acumen
  • Will have outstanding quantitative skills and attention to detail that will allow successful analysis
