Division Enterprise Business Function Solution Engineering Role Title Solution Architect- ICS Role Code EBSA0106 Role Location Noida Reporting To Head- Solution Engineering Grade/ Level C/D-Manager / Senior Manager Job responsibility Contribute to the pre-sales effort with solution specialization Responsible for automation / simplification of process / policies Responsible for performance Analytics & Dashboard automations Recommend to Product / Network / Regulatory teams regarding feature enhancements and NPI based on market inputs Create Technology based articles / whitepapers for the benefit of the internal organization & customers Identify potential solutions at high level with pros and cons Participate in bid proposal response. (Large and strategic deals) Conduct trainings & capability presentation Understand client requirements & translates client business requirements into specific deliverables Define scope and design criteria & develop BOM (Large and strategic deals) Work across cross functional teams & external vendors & OEMs Develop best practices & Consultative Selling approach Key Customer External: Customers, Channel Partners, Internal: Sales, Marketing, Product, CSO, Technology & BD, HR, Finance Necessary Preferred Qualification Diploma/BE / MCA Azure certification (Mandatory) Or IoT certification Overall Work Experience 6 - 12 years of relevant experience in telecom industry Behavioural Attributes Business Acumen Innovation Management Drive for Results Customer Focus Strong cross functional skills.
