Job Summary
The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct It Landscape Assessments And Application Portfolio Optimization By Leveraging Servicenow And Itil Practices To Identify Gaps And Propose Strategic Solutions.
2. Create Comprehensive Architectural Views, Including Logical, Conceptual, Development, Execution, And Infrastructure Architecture, To Guide Solution Implementation And Integration.
3. Analyze And Define System Requirements By Collaborating With Stakeholders To Address Portfolio Concerns And Ensure Alignment With Business Objectives.
4. Oversee The Adaptation Of Non-Functional Requirements Within Solutions, Ensuring They Meet Performance, Security, And Usability Standards.
5. Drive Continuous Knowledge Enhancement By Exploring And Integrating New And Emerging Products And Technologies Into The Servicenow Ecosystem.
6. Contribute To The Development Of White Papers And Technical Documentation To Share Insights And Promote Best Practices Within The Organization.

1. Expertise In Servicenow Software Asset Management And Itil Methodologies.
2. Solid Understanding Of Hardware Asset Management And Configuration Management Principles.
3. Proficient In Analyzing And Defining System Requirements With A Strategic Mindset.
