Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, crafting and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals.

You will:

• Be responsible for scope, defining and crafting solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Education: B.Tech or related technical degree.
• Minimum years of experience: 9-12 Years
• Hands on Radio Network Design (KPI Optimization/KPI Analysis) & Optimization.
• Hands on Technology exp on LTE, VolTE, FDD/TDD.
• Hands on Ericsson Baseband.
• A Solution Architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks.
• Domain, E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design, Fiber Network Design and Site Energy Design.

Additional Requirements:

• Good Network Optimization Tool like TEMS, AZQ, NEMO, Counters/KPIs.
• Good Understanding of Radio related features.
• Should be aware of Multivendor, 5G.
• Initial Level of Trails exp also required.
• Ericsson System knowledge is good to have.
• Solid understanding on Automation Tool, Data science is good to have
