Bekaert organization is reviewing the success and performance of these end-to-end user journey through business process automation. To help the organizations streamline their processes to enhance efficiencies, improve service delivery, accurately capture data, and empower teams, you will join as Solution Architect Business Process Automation. This role will be part of a global talented IT team to create innovative solutions for improving business process through Process Automation.

II. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Solution Architect (Business Process Automation) across enterprise, you shall be responsible for identification, design, and implementation of automation solution for time and resource intensive processes, providing improved visibility and better performance in business processes. You will work with business and technical stakeholders on future product direction and technology capability, helping our business users to better exploit the technologies available to them to achieve higher success within their business. You shall demonstrate sound knowledge of business processes within the industry.

Main Responsibilities of Solution Architect Business Process Automation are:

The Solution Architect Business Process Automation works collaboratively with Business function leaders & users, IT product pillars, and with vendors to help instil design thinking, coordinate and orchestrate capabilities, optimize solution delivery, and advance the expansion of digital initiatives.
This role is key to helping Bekaert IT in its efforts to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective digital solutions as well as shaping the future of how the IT operations of Bekaert are facilitated.
You are a subject matter expert in the domains of the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and champions cloud-native solutions, advising staff and leadership at all levels to enable and promote the effective and efficient use of latest approaches and technologies.
Proficiently deploy Power Platform solutions, with experience of implementing no code/low code solutions, including automation using Power Automate.
Deploy Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions with varied configuration and customisation methods, including configuration of forms, business process flows, business rules and workflows, and customisation of plugins and custom workflow activities.
Deliver innovative Power Platform & Dynamics 365 solutions through all stages of the development lifecycle, from discovery/analysis to design, development, testing, training, implementation, and service transition.
Integrate Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Common Data Service solutions using out of box connectors and consuming APIs, using technologies such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps and other Azure components.
Work with technologies such as Power Apps (canvas & model driven apps), Power App Portals, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and Dynamics 365, as well as the wider suite of Microsoft components.
Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Drive automation of processes to reduce costs, improve accuracy, streamline workflows throughout the organization, and enhance customer experience.
Leads agile delivery teams to ensure continuous delivery of business value, and leverage shared technologies, tools, value streams and processes that impact speed to value and time to market
Ensure teams have the right skills and composition to deliver quickly and respond to emerging requirements with agile approach.
Build the capabilities of your team and promoting best practice approaches along with coaching and mentoring junior team members.

III. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Skills & Experience Bachleors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR related Study and Equivalent experienbce.
9 yars of overall experience, 5 years into Solutions Architecture with indepth skills in Business process automation.
Subject matter expert in the domains of the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and champions cloud-native solutions
Extensive knowledge and experience with Power Apps (canvas & model driven apps), Power App Portals, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and Dynamics 365, as well as the wider suite of Microsoft components.
Demonstrated experience of the Microsoft Power Platform, architecture, capabilities, implementation requirements, integrations, and future roadmap;
Good knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements supported by the assigned cloud platform;
Ability to collaborate between business units, architecture, operations, and security on the development and implementation of solutions that meet operational and compliance standards
Work with strategic vendors to identify and maximize the usage of available vendor-provided enablement/adoption resources;
Leverage capabilities and tools across enterprise to eliminate redundant or suboptimal services;
Should possess excellent communication & presentation skills to communicate at executive level.
Should possess good analytical, planning and team management capabilities and ability to groom/develop the team.
