Here are the qualifications we\'re looking for, and how you can use them to make a difference:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in JAVA, Angular, Azure, Spring Boot, Cloud Foundry, SQL, XML, and JSON with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Communication and Presentation Skills: A natural communicator with excellent presentation skills, capable of creating impressive document designs.
• Problem-Solving and Agile Experience: Strong problem-solving skills, adept at gathering requirements and translating them into user stories. Experience working in agile environments, including DevOps and SCRUM methodologies.
• Ownership, Motivation, and Teamwork: A constructive and flexible mindset with a drive to achieve results. Passion for teamwork, a willingness to voice ideas, and an eagerness to learn from mistakes.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional English language skills for effective global collaboration with colleagues.
• Innovation and Architectural Expertise: Proactive attitude with a knack for introducing fresh ideas and perspectives. Practical experience with architecture methods and techniques, such as Archimate.
• Holistic Perspective and Business Alignment: Ability to oversee a wide domain and understand the consequences of design decisions on both business and IT architecture. Capable of translating business requirements into solutions.
• Leadership and Open-Mindedness: Competence in leading the solution process for specific topics, inspiring colleagues, and fostering an open mindset for collaborative problem-solving.
