• Solution architecture and design for implementations across complex customer environments. This includes implementations in Data Center environments, Corporate offices, Cloud environments and OT environments.
• Deliver implementation, enablement, and design services.
• Expertise in understanding the customer network deployment topology and designing a deployment strategy for rollout.
• Providing recommendations and direction to the customer on the deployment phases to achieve coverage across the customer environment.
• Build custom enhancements/tools to ensure customer requirements can be achieved. This includes a combination of custom tools/scripts and open-source tools/packages.
• Help conduct Red & Blue Team exercises
• Train and educate customers on solutions in general
