Define and manage the service offer development roadmap and investments. . Collaborate with partners, analyst firms and innovation teams and delivery SMEs to define and develop new services and capabilities . Collaborate with other product, sales and delivery leaders in areas such as Security, Cloud/Hyrbid, Automation, BPO/BPaaS . Provide leadership on go-to-market activities and product launches . Assist with pursuits and proposals including oral presentations . Evangelize the services to internal stakeholders, the market, customers, and industry analysts . Train sellers on how to message Digital Workplace capabilities with their clients and prospects . Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on solutions messaging and creating technical sales/support materials . Identify partnership opportunities and help manage partnerships . Minimum 8 years of experience . Strong POV on challenges faced by clients when modernizing the workplace and how to address those needs. . Demonstrated ability to lead others and work independently without needing daily direction. . Demonstrated ability to transform ideas into programs that deliver results. . Expertise in one or more of the following: span desktop engineering, endpoint monitoring and management, virtual workspace, endpoint automation, PC as a Service, communication, collaboration and productivity tools and services, Service Desk, Field Services, Deskside support, Self service, Conversational AI, knowledge management, digital experience management and more containing modernization requirements, this Product Manager will be focused on immediately addressing offering and sales gaps through the following activities: . First and second call sales messaging to drive client interest and demand generation . Alliance pipeline development with next-gen partners and industry leaders driving speed and automation . Modernization, migration, and managed services playbooks, methods to prove capability during sales . Solution standards and strong proposal content, compelling case studies . Analyst briefings with Forrester and Everest to gain favor of NTTDS in this space. . Oversight of funded modernization initiatives from Japan to understand and integrate new IP and co-offering content/GTM potential
