Compliance and Payroll Manager
Salary : Upto 8 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of administrative and operational processes and manage an efficient HR employee lifecycle, especially hands-on maintaining payroll plan and benefits program.
- Oversee current HR systems, workflows, and processes of day-to-day HR transactions and ensure HR processes comply with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate and partner with the HR team to create improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing guidance to all payroll and employment tax audit activities, including maintaining a working relationship with local revenue and governmental agencies.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Responsible for the oversight of practical reporting and management information.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience working in start-ups with prior experience in Compliance and Payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of HRMS/Payroll software
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Natural propensity to work collaboratively.
- Ability to learn new systems & processes.
- Strong analytical skills are required and the ability to be able to problem solve.
- Excellent data analysis and visual presentation skills
