Solar Tendering and Documentation Specialist Location: Ernakulam Salary - 18000 - 25000 Company: Everest Agencies : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Solar Tendering and Documentation Specialist. This role involves managing the tendering process for solar projects and ensuring accurate documentation throughout various project phases. Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents and analyze the various project requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Maintain documentation for ongoing solar projects, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to solar energy tendering and documentation.
- Bachelor\'s in any field preferred.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in any field
- Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably Tally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
