Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Executive to join our

Solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)

business in India. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers in the renewable energy sector.

Required Skills:



Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry. Strong knowledge of solar energy products, services, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Development:



Identify and target new business opportunities, both commercial and Industrial, within the solar market. Generation of quality leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends and develop tailored sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering expert advice on solar solutions. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring quick resolution.

Product Knowledge & Presentations:



Stay up to date with the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate solar products and services based on their needs and budget.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:



Present and negotiate pricing proposals, contracts, and terms to prospective clients. Close sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports for management and track progress toward targets. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 - 5years of progressive experience in sales and business development.
