Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Sales & Business Development
Generate leads and close sales for residential, commercial, or industrial solar installations.
Identify and approach potential clients and markets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
Explain technical and financial benefits of solar energy solutions.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
4.
Site Assessment & Feasibility Analysis
Conduct site surveys and evaluate solar potential.
Analyze shading, orientation, and other site-specific factors.
Coordinate with engineers for system design based on findings.
5.
Technical Knowledge & System Design
Understand solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and related components.
Coordinate with technical teams for system sizing and layout.
Stay updated with the latest solar technologies and trends.
6.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Ensure projects comply with local, state, and national regulations.
Handle net metering, permissions, subsidies, and other approvals.
Maintain proper documentation for each project phase.
7.
Team Coordination & Reporting
Work with internal teams - engineering, finance, installation, etc.
Report project progress and sales metrics to senior management.
Manage third-party contractors and vendors when needed.
8.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor industry trends, policies, and competitor strategies.
Provide insights to improve products and strategies.
