Job Description

Project Planning & Strategy

: Develop detailed execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.

Site Management

: Oversee daily on-site progress, manage contractors/vendors, and resolve technical or logistical challenges like Right of Way (ROW) issues.

Engineering Oversight

: Review technical designs (SLDs, layouts) and ensure installation complies with civil, electrical, and mechanical standards.

Testing & Commissioning

: Lead the final testing, grid synchronization, and interconnection processes with utility providers.

Stakeholder Liaison

: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, government bodies (for statutory approvals), and internal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency

: Knowledge of solar components (PV modules, inverters, SCADA),.

Education

: Typically a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or relevent

Certifications

: NABCEP or equivalent PV installer certifications are often preferred.

Project Management

: Expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) frameworks, cost governance, and risk mitigation.
