Job Description

Field Sales and Marketing ExecutiveThis role is primarily focused on customer acquisition and business development, requiring frequent travel to potential client sites.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and generating new business opportunities for residential, commercial, or industrial solar installations.

Site Visits and Assessments:

Traveling to prospective customer locations to evaluate suitability for solar installations, assessing energy needs, and identifying factors like shading or structural requirements.

Customer Education & Consultation:

Explaining the benefits of solar energy, government subsidies, net metering, and potential return on investment (ROI) to clients.

Proposal Development & Negotiation:

Preparing customized proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales process and providing after-sales support.

Reporting:

Tracking and reporting on sales activities, lead status, and client feedback to management.
Field Service / Installation Technician ExecutiveThis role is more technical, focusing on the physical installation, maintenance, and testing of solar systems.

Installation:

Assembling, setting up, and installing solar panels, support structures, and associated electrical components (inverters, batteries, wiring) according to safety standards and building codes.

Maintenance and Repair:

Performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues on site, and conducting corrective repairs.

System Testing and Commissioning:

Activating and testing the installed systems to ensure they are functioning optimally and safely, using diagnostic tools like multimeters and IV curve tracers.

Compliance:

Ensuring all installations and maintenance work comply with local and international standards and safety protocols.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of service activities, work performed, and test results.

Client Interaction:

Communicating with clients to explain the installation process, provide maintenance instructions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
