You will be responsible for the installation, designing, O&M, and AMC of solar plants and systems. Your work will directly contribute to reducing our carbon footprint and advancing the adoption of solar energy. Key Responsibilities: - Install solar panels and associated equipment at customer locations. - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. - Troubleshoot and repair solar plant systems as needed. - Installation of solar power plant. - Maintain accurate records of all installations and service visits. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience in solar plant installation or a related field. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems. - Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. Qualifications: - Certification in solar panel installation is a plus. Skills: - Electrical wiring and troubleshooting. - Strong communication and teamwork. - Basic Knowledge on Solar System. - Safety-conscious mindset. - Time management and organization. - Knowledge of solar panels.
