Job Description

Job Role:

Conduct site surveys, geotechnical assessments, and topographical analysis. Design foundations for

solar mounting structures

(pile, ballast, raft, etc.). Optimize layout based on terrain, shading, and soil conditions. Prepare civil drawings, BOQs, and structural calculations. Oversee grading, drainage, and storm water management plans. Support construction team during site development and installation. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for civil works execution. Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.

Preferred Candidates:

Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. 2-4 years of civil engineering experience

(solar industry Must).

Experience working on solar PV projects between

5 MW and 20 MW

. Familiarity with foundation testing, soil reports, and site grading. Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control. Strong communication and coordination skills.
