Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery

Conduct classroom and online training sessions as per the academic curriculum. Train students on software tools, programming languages, and technology modules assigned. Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Conduct hands-on practice sessions, live demos, and project-based learning.

2. Curriculum & Content Development

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assignments. Develop course content aligned with industry standards. Update curriculum regularly based on new technologies and trends.

3. Student Mentoring & Support

Guide students on real-time projects, coding exercises, and assessments. Provide individual mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions. Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

4. Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct quizzes, exams, and practical tests to assess learning outcomes. Evaluate assignments and maintain student performance records. Prepare progress reports and share feedback with the academic team.

5. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with the academic coordinator for scheduling and batch planning. Maintain attendance, session reports, and training documentation. Participate in academic meetings, internal training, and quality improvement initiatives.

6. Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest software technologies and industry practices. Recommend updates to training modules and teaching methods. Engage in instructor development programs to enhance teaching quality.

RequirementsEducation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Certifications relevant to the software subjects (optional but preferred).

Experience

1-5 years of experience as a Software Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Instructor in an academy or ed-tech company. Hands-on experience in the technologies being trained (e.g., Java, Python, Web Development, Data Science, Testing, etc.).

Technical Skills

Programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++, JavaScript). Web development (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Node.js). Database basics (MySQL, MongoDB). Software tools (Git, VS Code, Jira, etc.). Basic understanding of development life cycle and project workflows.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong classroom management abilities. Patience and a student-friendly teaching approach. Good problem-solving and mentoring skills.
