Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manual Tester to join our software testing team. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive manual testing. You will work closely with the development team to identify, report, and troubleshoot software defects, as well as perform various testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design documents. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct functional, regression, usability, and performance testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality. \xe2\x97\x8f Record and document software defects and issues, and collaborate with the development team to resolve them. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide feedback to improve software quality. \xe2\x97\x8f Participate in software requirement reviews and provide feedback to ensure the testability and quality of software. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth and efficient software testing processes. \xe2\x97\x8f Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to manual testing and share knowledge with the team. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in manual testing of software applications, including creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices. \xe2\x97\x8f Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing processes. \xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot software defects. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. \xe2\x97\x8f Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) will be a plus.
