Responsibilities:

To understand the Requirements and participate in the walkthroughs, provide feedbacks, inputs on the impact areas and review the requirement thoroughly.
Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
Execute all the test cases in the Test tool and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
Take up the Automation tasks in every sprint , follow standard coding practices and provide proper assertions wherever needed.
Documents and evaluates test results
Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts
Partners with engineers to drive QA efforts

Skills Required:

Should have 2+ years of experience in testing with minimum 1 year of experience in Automation.
Good knowledge of Software Testing concepts, Software test life cycle and Bugs life cycle
Experience in software testing tools (Manual and automation) like Selenium, Cucumber, JavaScript, Java knowledge, J Meter.
Expertise in writing end-to-end test scenarios and test cases.
Good Knowledge of Agile Process and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Analytical mind and problem-solving skill.
