Description Position: Software Test Engineer / Senior Software Test Engineer. No of openings: 4 Years of experience: 3+ years Responsibilities . Conception, implementation and execution of software tests in automotive embedded projects . supporting decentralized test teams in the planning and execution of all software test activities along the ASPICE processes SWE.4 to SWE.6 . Analysis of software requirements and the derivation of structured test cases . Creation of metrics and status reports (test report, coverage, traceability) for continuous improvement of the software quality . Cooperation with the software development, software engineering teams and related departments. Requirements - Mandatory . Good domain knowledge and experience in testing of embedded automotive systems . Relevant experience in software unit verification/ integration/ qualification testing . Experience in developing test automation scenarios and scripts . Experience in requirements analysis with tools such as DOORs or Polarion . Good understanding on Automotive communication protocols like CAN/LIN, UDS . Experience in tools like Vector Canoe, VectorCast . Experience in CAPL scripting . Experience working in an agile project environment . Strong interpersonal and communication skills written, verbal and presentation . Knowledge and work experience in ASPICE process . Knowledge on Autosar Architecture Nice to have . Knowledge of safety standards from the automotive industry (ISO 26262) and ISTQB certification would be an advantage . Good knowledge of automotive development processes including V-Modell, and agile methods . Knowledge in wireless charging technology according to the Qi standard or automotive application of USB technology are beneficial . Experience in Python scripting . The ability to work with cross functional, multiregional, internal and external teams that can have different priorities. . Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision and limited information. . Familiarity with lab equipment such as multimeter and oscilloscopes .
