Anthology\xe2\x80\x99s Student Development team focuses on using both industry standards and cutting-edge technologies to develop innovative solutions that are essential to our user\xe2\x80\x99s success. As a Quality Engineering Lead focused on Anthology Student, you must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and implement software solutions.
The Candidate: Required skills/qualifications:

  • BE or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering
  • Hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing
  • Test design experience for highly scalable, performant components
  • Design testing platforms for highly configurable products
  • Experience maintaining and evolving test design, template, test cases for highly configurable products
  • Always thinking from persona-based testing the end to end scenarios, keeping in mind the experience that user will have
  • Experience in designing, UI, Boundary value, negative scenario, breaking scenario test cases
  • Experience designing mechanism to avoid bug escapes (to field)
