Responsibilities

  • Experience in Product/Application based testing
  • Good knowledge of manual testing process
  • Interested to work with different SDLC models like Waterfall and Agile
  • Strong Analytical and communication skills with positive attitude
  • Experience in understanding the test strategy and STLC phases.
  • Experience in writing test scenarios and test cases with comprehensive coverage and presentable details.
  • Experience in test execution analysis & consolidating testing results with defect details
  • Experienced in Test Management tools like QC/ ALM/ Jira /TFS/Zephyr
  • Knowledge in defect management and understanding the product from customer perspective.
  • Experience in Database testing with good SQL knowledge
  • Experience/Enthusiastic of different disciplines of testing like automation, performance, web services.
  • Adaptive to work with different teams and ready to take up new requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in below areas:
    • Understanding of testing principles
    • Focus on the customer requirements
    • Collaboration with team
    • Corner test case identification
    • Always on the lookout for tools, skills, or practices that help to add value

Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject with an industry experience of 2-4 years.
  • Be resilient and curious: keep learning and growing.
  • Should possess good Listening, Communicating, Planning skills.
  • Should possess positive attitude towards team and work.
