Job Description

Responsibilities: As Software Quality Professional, you will be responsible for establishing Quality Assurance in embedded Software and System projects. You will be supporting continuous improvement of Garrett Software Development process, to comply with all the required standards. Plan, control and monitor the quality of projects to ensure that the products are developed according to Garrett Development process, applying existing methods and tools. Coordinate and support Automotive SPICE audits and prepare the project teams for internal and external audits for a successful accomplishment. Cooperate and support quality audits of software supplier s development processes. Carry out quality reviews of processes and work products and monitor SW releases. Initiate and define corrective actions in case of deviations and follow them until closure. Escalate quality related topics to management when appropriate. Organize and train project members on relevant quality processes and best practices to be applied in product development. Product development process definition within the scope of Automotive SPICE and other required standards. Contribute to further quality process improvements. Qualification: University degree in mechatronics, electronics or computer science Knowledge of different Software development processes (Waterfall, V, Agile) Advanced English skills you will be communicating daily will colleagues across the globe Very good communication skills, high persuasiveness and assertiveness High motivation, self-initiative and customer focused Preferred: Automotive SPICE provisional assessor certificate Knowledge of quality standards (ISO/IEC 15504, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, Automotive SPICE )
