Introduction
Seeking a strong leader to join our team as the Software Project Development Lead for Clusters and Displays responsible for supporting development and implementation, software integration, software qualification and delivery. Acts as a liaison for the software program delivery, coordinating deliveries between multiple tech teams having a 40% focus on project management and 60% focus on technical aspects. Responsible for the high-level design of the program and works with the integration and testing teams on triaging of defects.

 Leads overall project delivery and coordination across projects / multiple internal teams Leverages project management skills and understanding of multiple domains / technology to balance projects with varying schedules and priorities
 Sustains and leads efforts in HLD through complete ownership and commitment to quality standards Acts as the single point of contact for all aspects relating to HLD
 Understands and reviews business requirements with the software delivery team, leveraging their knowledge of multiple domains. Works on assigning the requirements between different tech teams internally, identifying the interfaces and dependencies. Works to ensure there is a clear channel of communication between teams to meet deliveries.
 Works with the architects to define project specific architectures. Understands and contributes to the technical solution from design through to code level. Analyzes technical issues and guides the teams to find the solutions.
 Leads project focused technical discussions between the domains and internal teams. Works with the integration and testing teams on triaging of defects with accurate assignment of defects and analysis of complex defects that would overlap multiple domains.
 Works with external vendors/suppliers on tools and other software. Supports supplier quality and assessments with other internal teams.
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred) 
5+ years of experience leading large design & architecture of automotive embedded products is preferred Desired Competencies:
 Knowledgeable in different products (Cluster, Display or Battery management system) 
Knowledgeable in large project management and delivery 
Works independently and collaboratively with multiple teams 
Communicates with rationale and build consensus to stakeholder 
Prioritizes and manages work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment 

Is organized, has an eye for detail and able to put across ideas in a tangible form 
High level of domain expertise
Key Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience leading large design & architecture of automotive embedded products
