: Software Project Manager Lead (m/f) Your tasks as Software Project Manager Lead (m/f): Lead team to complete assigned projects as planned Provide leadership to the project management team Strengthen methods, processes and tools to increase efficiency and competency Work with other Department/Section heads for project success Host project review meetings for key /ownership projects Coordinate and collaborate with global stakeholders to meet key project and team objectives Ensure Division / Department / Section OKRs and KPIs are met Communicate key status to all stakeholders Your profile as Software Project Manager Lead (m/f): (12-18 Years of experience) 15 years' experience in automotive software development background (Preferably ASIL-D Products) Proven project management/leadership experience (Min 5 years) with knowledge of embedded software development processes, preferably in automotive sector Strong experience in SW Development Life Cycle (Preferable V-Model) Good experience in MS Project Planning, DOOR's, version control, configuration management and Life cycle management tools(Preferably PTC integrity) Good knowledge on automotive standards (e.g. ASPICE, AUTOSAR and ISO26262) Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills able to manage diverse teams Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills University Degree in Engineering or Higher preferably in Electronics.
